Before installing the terrazzo tile machine, proper preparation is crucial.
1. Ensure the flatness of the installation location. Use a level meter to detect and ensure that the installation surface is flat, solid, and stable. This will ensure that the machine operates smoothly without any shaking or instability.
2. Thoroughly clean the installation area, removing all obstacles and impurities. This will create a clean installation environment, facilitating the installation work and reducing the risk of safety hazards.
3. Prepare the necessary tools and materials, including wrenches, screwdrivers, levels, etc. Also, have screws, nuts, and other connectors readily available. Additionally, provide safety glasses, gloves, and other protective equipment to ensure the operator's safety.
4.Inspect the parts of the terrazzo tile machine to ensure they are intact and undamaged. If any issues are found, promptly contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair. It is important to ensure that everything is in proper working order before proceeding with the installation of the equipment.

Select a suitable size and shape for the base and securely fix it to the ground. Use expansion bolts with a diameter not less than 10mm. The length of the bolts should be between 80mm and 120mm, depending on the material and hardness of the ground.
2. Placement and fixation of the machine
Position the terrazzo tile machine on the base, ensuring a tight fit without any gaps. Use a level ruler to check if the machine is perfectly horizontal. Fix the machine using screws and nuts with a diameter of 8mm to 10mm. The number of screws and nuts required will depend on the size and weight of the machine.
3. Connection of power supply and piping
Verify that the power cord is correct and undamaged. Connect it securely to the power socket. Follow the machine's requirements to connect the water source and drain line. Maintain a water source pressure of 0.2MPa to 0.4MPa and a flow rate typically ranging from 5L/min to 10L/min. Ensure the drain line has a slope of 1% to 2% and adjust its length according to actual needs.
